2022 Q1.1 Minor Release Notes
The 2022 Q1.1 minor release makes improvements to the verification process and the quality of the results. Please remember to update the reference data. The improvements are tied to the data in the Global Knowledge Repository and the Local API. When updating the data, it is recommended to use a new data folder each time in order to ensure the latest dataset is installed properly.
The setup wizard for the Local API can be obtained from our SFTP server. Please contact your account manager to retrieve the SFTP information. If you do not know who your account manager is, please contact the support team at support@loqate.com.
If you need any assistance with the upgrade of the Local API or the data update process, please contact GBG Loqate Support. The md5checksum can be used to help ensure the data packs have been fully downloaded.

Local API Notices
There were no major changes to the API in this release. There were 3 case fixes and details are available in the API release notes below.
Data Notices
Belgium – Introduction of a new data source – From this release we have greatly improved our data coverage for Belgium with greatly increased Premise Level (L4) address coverage.
New Country – Kosovo has now been separated from Serbia as a recognised country by Loqate in line with the international consensus. This extra country will be part of your release update if you already have a licence key that includes Serbia.
Timezone – We launched the new enhanced Timezone data in 2021 Q4.1 and in 2022 Q1.1 we have now added in a Time Zone description please see the example in the release notes.
