The 2024 Q2.1 Minor Release makes improvements to the verification process and the quality of the results. These enhancements are tied to both the data and the API so please update both.

Loqate has resolved several data related support cases as part of this release and details can be found in the Data Release Notes.

202406 Data & Geographic Hierarchy Release Notes

This release includes data updates for 34 countries, full details are in the Data Release Notes here

CASS data 202406

Note: From June 2024 CASS data forward, the USPS will be updating the counties (Loqate field SubAdministrativeArea) for Connecticut. The new counties are:

• CAPITOL
• GREATER BRIDGEPORT
• LOWER CT RIVER VLY
• NAUGATUCK VLY
• NORTHEASTERN CT
• NW HILLS
• SOUTH CENTRAL CT
• SOUTHEASTERN CT
• WESTERN CT

 This change was requested and approved by the Connecticut legislature in June 2022. The June data is a partial update, with more changes being made monthly. The USPS has not published an expected completion date for the updates.

 One example of the change is for ‘2 SEGA DR, New Milford CT 06776’. The old county was ‘Litchfield’ and the new county is ‘Western CT’.
