- Prior to PDH, there maybe some samples where AdministrativeArea is parsed as Locality and Locality parsed as DependentLocality. For example: Città Di San Marino will be verified as Locality and Borgo Maggiore will be verified as DependentLocality.
- After PDH, Borgo Maggiore may be parsed as Locality and Città Di San Marino will be parsed as AdministrativeArea.
