What is Worldwide Enhanced?

Previously Loqate has created enhanced files at a country level. We have identified a need for optional extra data related to global addresses.  This Worldwide Enhanced dataset exists to solve that need. This dataset will initially contain a residential / commercial indicator for Verified addresses. This can be retrieved if a Verify Enhanced request is submitted.

Currently in this dataset we have the ResCom_Flag indicator available for 4 countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada and the USA.

The possible values for this field are

Res = Residential

Com = Commercial

R/C = Combined use

Unk = We currently do not know the type of use for this property

We will continue to add countries to this list and other additional address enhanced data over the coming years.

This dataset can be added to any license key on request by contacting your account manager/customer success manager.
