Overview
We are pleased to present our 2015 Q4 release. Some of the changes include:
- License enforcement
- New Norway Premium Data
This document describes these changes in greater detail along with installation instructions, things to be aware of, and other helpful tips.
Local API Updates
License Enforcement
GBG Loqate is introducing stricter enforcement of license expiry dates in our 2015 Q4 release. The engine will not process an input address if the entire license is expired, if that address’ country is not present in the license, or if the country is present but is past its expiration date.
The engine will output a U00 AVC for that record and an error will be returned in the lqtProcessResult object.
For example,
- If the license has expired for US Verify, the message will be License to run Verify for US expired.
- If the license does not contain any entry for US Verify, then the message will be License Not valid to run Verify for US.
In order to check the expiration date for a license or for a particular data pack, users should run the Install Manager and enter the license key or select the license pack then review the resulting license summary information.
We encourage you to contact your account manager if your license is expired.
New Norway Premium Verify Reference Data
GBG Loqate has introduced a premium data pack for Norway. This pack includes greater address coverage as well as P.O. Box support. The Norway premium pack is available for licensing and will replace regular Norway packs if requested.
Contact your account managers for pricing and information on how to access the Premium Norway data packs.
New Server Options
There are no new server options in this release.
